These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of JKD FinSaathi. By accessing or using the platform, submitting information, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

About JKD FinSaathi

JKD FinSaathi is a Lead Generation and Financial Marketplace Platform that facilitates connections between users and Banks, NBFCs, Insurance Companies, and other Financial Institutions.

JKD FinSaathi is not a Bank, NBFC, Lender, Insurance Company, or Financial Institution. JKD FinSaathi does not independently sanction, approve, disburse, or provide loans, credit cards, insurance policies, savings accounts, demat accounts, or other financial products.

JKD FinSaathi may facilitate the submission of user information or leads to relevant financial institutions or redirect users to their official applications/websites.

Eligibility

To use JKD FinSaathi, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Provide accurate and complete information.
Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
Not use the Platform for fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized activities.

By using JKD FinSaathi, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and belongs to you or that you have the lawful authority to provide it.

Availability of any product may change from time to time.

No Guarantee of Approval

JKD FinSaathi does not guarantee loan approval, credit card approval, insurance approval, savings or demat account opening, any specific interest rate, loan amount, credit limit, processing fee, repayment tenure, or payout/financial benefit.

All eligibility checks, KYC verification, credit assessment, approval, interest rates, fees, repayment terms, documentation, disbursement, and final decisions are determined solely by the respective Bank, NBFC, Insurance Company, or Financial Institution.

Accuracy of Information

Users are responsible for providing true, accurate, complete, and updated information. You must not provide false information, submit forged or manipulated documents, misrepresent your income, employment, or business details, use another person's identity, or attempt to bypass verification processes.

If incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent information is identified, JKD FinSaathi may reject the application and take other appropriate action.

KYC & Document Verification

Depending on the financial product selected, users may be required to provide:

Aadhaar Card PAN Card Photograph / Selfie Bank Statement Cancelled Cheque Salary Slip ITR GST Property Documents

Financial institutions may independently verify these documents. JKD FinSaathi does not guarantee acceptance.

Lead Submission & Processing

When a user submits information, it may be used to create and process a lead. The lead may be submitted to a relevant financial institution, shared with verification providers, used for eligibility checks, or redirected to the official partner website.

Submitting a lead does not constitute approval of any financial product.

Lead Verification & Fraud Prevention

JKD FinSaathi may conduct checks to identify duplicate, suspicious, invalid, manipulated, or potentially fraudulent leads.

Information Used

Mobile Number, Device Info, Device ID / identifiers, IP Address, application information and technical logs.

Possible Action

Leads may be rejected, restricted or held where requirements or these Terms are reasonably believed to be violated.

Repeated submissions from the same device, IP address, or mobile number may be reviewed.

Prohibited Activities

Users must not use JKD FinSaathi to:

Submit fake or duplicate leads for unfair benefits.
Use another person's information without authorization.
Upload forged or manipulated documents.
Manipulate application details.
Exploit technical vulnerabilities.
Use automated bots, scripts or multiple accounts for abusive purposes.
Engage in unlawful activities.

Wallet & Payout

JKD FinSaathi may provide wallet functionality to eligible partners. Verified earnings are reflected in the user's wallet.

Applicable Cycle

Typically every Monday

Subject to successful lead validation.

Payouts may be withheld or rejected if a lead is found to be duplicate, invalid, fraudulent, cancelled, or rejected by partners, or if the user has violated these Terms.

Wallet balances represent provisional earnings and do not constitute an unconditional payment obligation until verified.

Partners & Financial Terms

Each third-party institution has its own Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, eligibility criteria, rates, and fees. Final terms are determined by the relevant financial institution.

Users should verify final terms before accepting any product.

JKD FinSaathi is not responsible for the independent decisions, policies, products, or actions of third-party partners.

User Consent & Permissions

By using the App and submitting information, the user authorizes JKD FinSaathi to process data, create leads, share required information with partners, and send service-related notifications in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Account Security & Termination

Users are responsible for maintaining account credential confidentiality. Inform us immediately if your account is accessed without authorization.

JKD FinSaathi may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if terms are violated, fraud is detected, or legal obligations require such action.

Intellectual Property & Liability

All content, branding, logos, software, text, and designs are owned by or licensed to JKD FinSaathi.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform without written authorization.

To the extent permitted by law, JKD FinSaathi is not responsible for losses arising from application rejection, rate changes, delays in disbursement, partner decisions, third-party link availability, or technical interruptions beyond our control.
