JKD FinSaathi is a Lead Generation and Financial Marketplace Platform that connects users with Banks, NBFCs, Insurance Companies, and other regulated Financial Institutions for various financial products.

JKD FinSaathi is NOT a Lender, Bank, or NBFC. We do not directly provide loans, credit cards, insurance, or any other financial products. We facilitate users in submitting their application or lead details to the respective financial institution.

For Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, and Loan Against Property, user information and documents may be forwarded to the selected Bank or NBFC for processing.

For Credit Cards, Secured Credit Cards, Savings Accounts, Demat Accounts, and Insurance, users may be redirected to the official application page of the respective financial institution.

All loan approvals, eligibility verification, KYC verification, interest rates, processing fees, repayment tenure, documentation requirements, disbursement, and final decisions are solely determined by the respective Bank, NBFC, or Financial Institution.

Why We Collect Device ID & IP Address

Device ID and IP Address may be used for security, fraud prevention, duplicate activity detection, and lead quality verification.

This information helps us identify repeated or suspicious lead submissions from the same device or network, including attempts to repeatedly submit leads from the same device.

This information is used for security and platform integrity and is not intended for unnecessary tracking.

App Permissions We Use

Certain permissions may be required to provide specific functionality within the JKD FinSaathi application.

Camera

Used to capture and upload photographs, selfies, and KYC documents required for financial applications.

Storage / Photos

Used to select and upload Aadhaar, PAN, Salary Slips, Bank Statements, ITR, GST and Property Documents.

Notifications

Used for lead status, application status, verification, wallet/payout updates and support messages.

Lead Verification & Fraud Prevention

JKD FinSaathi may use Device ID, IP Address, mobile number, and technical logs to identify duplicate, suspicious, or potentially fraudulent lead activity.

Repeated lead submissions from the same device or network may be reviewed.

Suspicious Activity

Duplicate or suspicious leads may be rejected, restricted, or withheld from processing.

These measures help protect the platform, partners and users from misuse and duplicate lead submissions.

Wallet & Payout Policy

JKD FinSaathi may provide a wallet feature for eligible partners. Verified earnings are displayed in the user's wallet.

Payout Schedule

Every Monday

Subject to successful verification, lead validation and applicable payout policies.

Payouts may be withheld or adjusted if leads are found to be duplicate, invalid, fraudulent, cancelled, or rejected by partners.

Data Security & Retention

We implement reasonable safeguards, including SSL encryption, to protect your information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss or disclosure.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.
